Neat and clean rooms, close to shopping and dining options, pool and jacuzzi area with picnic tables and kids' workout station.

We were pleasantly surprised by the spacious and clean rooms at this hotel. The beds were comfortable and provided a relaxing rest. I'll recommend this hotel.

I chose La Crystal Hotel -Los Angeles-Long Beach Area solely for its convenient location near the places I wanted to visit. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the free parking and on-site bar they offered. I also enjoyed a delicious meal at the hotel's restaurant and relaxed at the bar with my favorite drink.

we had a really great price at La Crystal Hotel -Los Angeles-Long Beach Area and the staff at the front desk were so amazing nice! the room was very big, and the beds were comfy. the location was good for shopping, and there was a possibility to go by metro as the station is very close. the hotel was old furnished but very clean, and the breakfast was okay.

We had a pleasant one-night stay before our flight, and the room was good, although a queen bed instead of a double would have been preferable. The breakfast was tasty, but it would have been even better if the male staff had been friendlier. We were impressed with Manager Mike's friendly and professional demeanor during check-out, as he genuinely wanted to hear our thoughts on the stay and any suggestions for improvement. The hotel's location was ideal, close to a big shopping center with multiple family-oriented restaurants.
The cleanliness of the rooms left much to be desired, with a damp and stinky environment.

this hotel is super clean and close to cali for the beach. the view from the room was amazing! the security guard at night made me feel safe, and the customer service was great.
